Ghanaian dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has hit out at the Food and Drugs Authority following their mandate to prohibit big names from advancing mixed refreshments in the nation.

As per the FDA, the mandate is in accordance with a World Health Organization strategy.

He further kidded that there was no water around so all the youngsters went to wine to wine.
