Popular Nigerian music executive, Don Jazzy has proved that he’s more concerned about the future of the youth following his recent activity on the gram.
The CEO of Mavin Records has taken it upon himself to eradicate poverty from 100 Nigerian youths by making them learn how to code.
He has however paid N1 million for these 100 people to learn coding at a tech school to help them get the knowledge and possibly get employed since technology has come to stay.
This whole initiative came up after one Chizom tagged the music executive on social media and asked if he would sponsor 100 Nigerian youth to learn coding at their online mentorship progamme.
The man noted that it cost N15k to teach one person to code but surprisingly Don Jazzy responded and immediately sent N1.5m to Chizom’s account.
Don Jazzy shared the screenshot of the receipt online then told the man to make sure only serious students are picked for the coding mentorship programme.
