On Tuesday, Nigerian singer Blackface broke the internet after he accused Asake of illegally copying one of his songs on “Joha”.
In a series of tweets, Blackface accused Asake of copying his song ‘Ikebe Super’ without being given permission. According to Blackface, Asake’s ‘Joha’ is a remix of ‘one of his song ‘Ikebe Super’.
He continued that Asake and his boss, Olamide, had $165k to pay for a TG Omori video but not 100 naira airtime to call him before using the song.
