Lotto fraudster captured in Kumasi over ludicrous commission

Mr Fordjour Richard, A lotto Fraudster, working an organization known as “THE RULERS” has been captured in Kumasi by the Ashanti Regional Police order.

Mr Richard has been paying a crazy Commission of more than 40 percent, obliterating the matter of Lotto Marketing Companies (LMCs) who sell legitimately to the National Lottery Authority (NLA) for a Commission of 20 percent.

Mr Richard working organization isn’t enlisted with the NLA.

An announcement marked by the Head of Public Relations Unit of NLA, Mr Razak Opoku, and duplicated to the Ghana News Agency on Wednesday in Accra stated, the installment of over the top Commission at the burden of LMCs would not go on without serious consequences by the NLA.

The announcement stated, both the LMCs and Private Lotto Operators would before long have a similar Commission.

It said Mr Richard didn’t put forth any attempt to apply to the NLA for a permit, however was deluding the staking open in the Ashanti Region that he had obtained License from the NLA to work lottery and paid a commission of 40 percent.

The announcement in putting any misinformation to rest, said Mr Richard and his Company “THE RULERS” were not authorized by the NLA and didn’t pay any License charge to the NLA for enrollment and along these lines was not allowed to pay a commission of 40 Per penny.

It urged people in general to report any Private Lotto Operator that paid absurd Commission.
